MOBILE SERVICE FAQS

Still Have Questions?

If you can't find the answer you're looking for, please contact your local Nissan dealer for more information.

Who performs the service?
ANSWER: A Certified Nissan Service Technician from your local participating dealer ̶ the same trained expertise you get at the dealership, delivered to you.
What if my vehicle needs more work than expected?
ANSWER: If your vehicle needs additional repairs, the technician will review the recommendations with you. When possible, the work can be completed during the same visit if the necessary parts and time are available. If not, your dealer will work with you to schedule the next best option, either through another Mobile Service* visit or at the dealership. *Restrictions apply. Contact dealer for details.
How do I pay?
ANSWER: Payment is processed on-site by the technician at the end of your appointment ̶ same options as at the dealership.
Is mobile service available at my address?
ANSWER: Coverage varies by dealer. Use the dealer locator above to find a participating Nissan dealer near you.
Do you service electric vehicles?
ANSWER: Yes. Software updates, MPI, filter changes, wiper replacements and more are all well-suited for mobile service on the LEAF® and ARIYA®.
